  • Payment Reference: We collect your M-Pesa transaction confirmation code and the sender name provided on the receipt for payment verification. We do not store your banking credentials or M-Pesa PIN.
  • Device & Notification Data: If you opt into Web Push notifications, we store your browser device subscription endpoint to deliver order progress updates.

2. Location Data & Strict Privacy Guarantee

Privacy Protection Policy: We value your personal safety and location privacy. Your geographic map pin and exact GPS coordinates are used exclusively by our delivery attendants during active fulfillment to navigate directly to your location. Once your order is marked as completed or delivered, all latitude and longitude coordinates are immediately purged and permanently deleted from our database.

  • Authorized Delivery Staff: Assigned shop attendants receive your delivery address and contact phone number solely for order fulfillment.
